We want you to love your SheaMoisture products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
